How does the matching queue operate?

When you submit a task link, it gets placed in our exchange queue. The matching engine automatically pairs you with a fellow creator who wishes to engage on the same platform. High trust score users receive matching priority.
Why do I need to connect a Supabase project?

To keep our service 100% free, we do not store your proof video/image recordings on our own servers. By linking a dedicated, empty Supabase project, files are uploaded directly to your storage bucket. Once a task creator approves your work, our system deletes the file from your bucket automatically.
What is the Queue Lock rule?

To prevent spamming and ensure fairness, a user who is currently performing a matched task or who has submitted a proof that is waiting for approval cannot receive any other tasks. You are unlocked as soon as the creator verifies the proof or the admin resolves a dispute.
What happens if my proof is falsely rejected?

If the creator rejects your proof, they are required to submit a detailed reason and comment. The match immediately escalates to the Admin Review Queue. An admin reviews the video, instructions, and audit logs on a single dashboard to make a final ruling. Falsely rejecting valid proofs carries heavy trust penalties.
Is this a subscription service?

No, we do not support monthly recurring subscriptions. You purchase temporary access passes (e.g. 7 days or 15 days) to unlock task submissions for specific platforms when needed.
